This maisonette is located in the residence Le Domaine du Golf. It is located 5.5 km from the centre of the medieval and picturesque town of Saumur and less than 500 m from the golf course of Saumur.

This maisonette has a living room with a single sofa bed, a double sofa bed with trundle bed and TV on the ground floor. There is a kitchen with all necessary comforts and equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher and electric coffee maker. On the first floor you will find a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.

The maisonette also features a terrace with outdoor furniture. WiFi is free in/on common areas/places.
