"Great room with family pre booked meal but could have just turned up . Nice area to have a drink after meal only thing missing is play area outside for children to keep occupied in the evening . Will be back children loved it "

"Bed was fairly comfy. Pillows not great, should have taken the option to ask for the pillow menu at reception. Room was clean and spacious. Was woken by next door showering. The plumbing is incredibly loud. Pool and spa was lovely. Pool very large and the gym looked good too. Didn't eat in the restaurant for dinner but walked through on the way to the bar and food looked very nice. Breakfast was nice. "

"All staff I encountered where exceptionally friendly and helpful with good knowledge of local area. Lovely choices of full hot and cold buffet breakfast. Fantastic evening meals in the restaurant, though limited choice if staying more than two nights. Amazing location just a few hundred yards from the Cathedral and Castle at a reasonable price. Very clean comfortable room overlooking the Cathedral with everything you need. Best sleep ever! Definitely returning."

"I have stayed at the Earl many times over the decades. The staff haven't changed and i think this is an indication of how well the hotel is ran. The ladies on reception and breakfast are lovely. This time we had room 406, lovely big room overlooking carpark. Very quiet. Highly recommend "

The stay at forest pine hotel was spectacular and me and the wife managed to recharge our batteries and relax even better than planned.
