"Check in was easy. Take the elevator to the 6th floor & you will be in the lobby. This goes for if you enter in the parking garage or from an Uber/taxi. Breakfast was very good and many options. Great bar , a there was a really nice terrace to eat on or have drinks. Staff was so nice & helpful there was a very large grocery store in the mall area which had lots of premade food & you could grab water & drinks for the room. Would definitely stay again. Location is great, you can easily get into Basel."

"I’ve stayed at Ibis across several continents, it is budget, yes. This one has budget in the name! It’s the “budgetious” one I’ve ever seen. Staff was very nice, but bring your own hair dryer, conditioner and ear plugs. "

"The location, staff, service & entire hotel was fabulous! The ONLY problem is their a/c isn’t really a/c . Your room will not get as cold as you like. They control it through their “ new environmental air conditioner “ . Summer would be terrible here. "
