Je suis arrivé à l’hôtel à 19h15 et j’ai récupéré ma chambre. En entrant, je constate qu’il n’y a pas de chauffage. Je demande alors à changer de chambre, mais impossible d’ouvrir la porte de la nouvelle. Je retourne à l’accueil et on m’attribue une autre chambre : en l’ouvrant, elle n’est pas faite. On m’en propose une suivante… également non préparée. Finalement, on me trouve encore une autre chambre, mais là encore sans chauffage. Ce n’est qu’à 22h que l’on finit par me donner une chambre propre et chauffée.

Une chambre en piteuse état. Une moquette au sol sale avec des saletés apparentes. Quid du nettoyage ?? Pas de chauffage dans la chambre. Une salle de bain horrible : un wc de travers, de la moisissure en quantité extrême…un lavabo fissuré et sale. Bref rien ne va! À le prestige que le nom!
