Alpenhaus Cabins Real Log Home in Helen Ga Mountains with hot tub and balconies

Helen, Ga 3 Story, real log home sitting on 2 1/2 acres in a private wildlife sanctuary. Enjoy full comforts with all amenities. We are "pet friendly" and located seven minutes from downtown Helen. Enjoy seeing deer walk in early morning while having your cup of coffee on one of the two decks or a late night soak in the hot tub located on the second story deck. We have two bedrooms with queen sized beds and a very comfortable sofa.

The Cowboys and Angels restaurant is located in Helen and great for dinner, while Wendell’s is great for breakfast couple min away. You are 12 Minutes to Unincoi State Park. Enjoy; wine tasting, trout fishing, horseback riding, gem and gold mining, authentic German cuisine, carriage rides, shopping, sightseeing and hiking all in a beautiful Bavarian atmosphere.

Thoroughly enjoyed the chalet and the location. The chalet was clean, and well stocked plus it was on a dead end so lots of privacy. The deck and hot tub were especially relaxing! Helen was so close. We shopped there and went to Octoberfest at 6 in the festival hall. So fun! We ate at Bigg Daddy's near the river and it was delicious. Also recommend the Yonah Mtn. Winery (6 miles from rental) , the Jumping Goat Coffee House near Cleveland and Anna Ruby falls! There just is alot to visit. We would come again.

The cabin was perfect for our group. Everything was clean and well maintained. The hot tub was great. We loved that this was a large pet friendly location, as those are often hard to come by. The drive to town was quick and easy. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed this cozy getaway by Helen! The cabin was super clean and stocked with necessities, which is a treat with rentals. The drive up to the cabin was easy and so close to downtown Helen. The host was very kind and responsive to communication before and during our trip. We will be back!

My husband and I needed a weekend getaway and this place was perfect. The location was amazing and the hot tub was icing on the cake. The host was great and very prompt. We will definitely be staying here again. Maybe even bring our kids next time.

This place is very nice. It was a little hard to find but after talking to the host we found it. Helene was in town and had the power out most of the time but the host was on it. It is located close to Helen in a quiet neighborhood. The property is on a slope so no yard but the high view through the woods was nice. Over all I will book this one again and hope for better weather.
