The Pool was amazing. That is the only positive. This cabin had some bad reviews. I reached out to the management company and was assured everything was fixed, and corrected. LIES This cabin is remote. Couple of miles down backroads rough dirt roads. With limited visibility around curves and over rises. If you meet another car one of ya'll has to pull over. reviews mention the hill up to the cabin needing 4 wheel drive. YES. Absolutely we got lucky and were able to make it up with a front wheel drive SUV. But it wasn't easy. It wasn't safe. There was construction going on at the neighboring cabin. On our last full day they rutted the road horribly. We barely made it up the hill, it took us 4 attempts to make it up the hill. The folks in the cabin next to us (different Management company) Said they were told up front property was only accessible to 4x4. This was after the management company assured me a normal car wouldn't have any trouble. The address given by Vacasa wasn't not the address posting on the drive to the cabin. I tried to call the Management company. No answer. Send text at 8pm. Received response 330 AM. (1230PM in New Delhi) Suspect 3rd World Call center. NOT LOCAL SUPPORT Cabin needs maintenance. Landscaping. Deck is rotten. Rails on deck lose. Nail Pops on stairs. Pet door allows in bugs and rodents. Ceiling fans bang against light fixture. Strange Step in Kitchen. Thermostat from 1970's. NO SUPPORT FROM LOCAL PERSON. DO NOT USE!!! 1500 word limit not en

Tip top Mountain Cabin
What a great place, So many activities for all ages on premise. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Plenty of room for the entire family, should have taken all of them! All we needed was out on groceries and the place was fabulous! The driveway is not for the faint of heart or the weak hopefully you get a running start! We will be booking again when the pool is open! Don't let the front of the cabin fool you, it's fantastic with many hidden gems trails behind the cabin and all!

Worsts administration ever
No instructions on anything, it was dirty and Freezing, I called on my arrive date for over. 3 hours and n answer, we had to sleep in my car, next day I called Vacasa again and the told me that they will sen someone to fix, we waited for 3 hours and walked outside to seek fir help, some local man came in and fix at my cost the heater. Worst experience ever

Terrible experience. Rodent droppings on bed in loft, and in game room all over game tables.
Extremely disappointing experience. Have pictures of rodent droppings, a picture of a mouse that came out while my family was playing a game, and a video that you can hear a rodent tampering with items in the kitchen at night. I communicated my concerns from the beginning and NO ONE came on site to remedy the uncleanliness and they only gave us a $200 (and change) refund. We booked this for our 15 year wedding anniversary and it was the WORST experience we've had booking through VRBO. We thought about booking somewhere else but we're afraid we wouldn't be refunded our money so made it work but would not recommend this place to anyone!

We found a dead mouse and there were rat droppings all over.
After finding the mouse my family wanted to leave. The balance of the cabin seemed clean, so I convinced them to stay. I even cleaned up the mouse droppings on the games in the game room, but I could not convince them to play the games. Nearly spoiled our vacation and I feel I am due some refund.

Very Peaceful, Very Secluded
A very nice cabin with a great view from the back deck. We paid a very reasonable off-peak rate, so we were easy to please, but still very nice. I would, however, suggest Vacasa try to find a more thorough housekeeping crew. Lots of spiderwebs on the rear deck and front entrance, rat droppings on the air hockey table, and food scraps/crumbs in the fridge.

Needs Attention
This is our second stay at this home and we were honestly disappointed. The potential is definitely there. The pool is great and the location is perfect, quiet, with amazing mountain views. The house needs a DEEP cleaning inside and out. We live in the woods, we expect critters, but there are things that can be done to minimize their invasion. Spiders have taken over the property (2 ending up on me) and the "game room" is infested with some type of rodent whose feces is EVERYWHERE, including on top of the air hockey table, which barely works. No basketballs for indoor hoop, no balls for foosball, no bean bags for cornhole, severed cords and wires laying around in gameroom, and no net on the pool basketball hoop. Hope someone will give this beautiful home the attention it deserves. Positives: location, views, pool, hot tub, grill and outdoor seating

Amazing
Stunning views, best service I have ever had. The pool, hot tub and game room were so much fun. The cabin itself is beautiful. My husband and I are elderly and this was a very surprising gift from my brother in law. The last few years have been extremely hard, lost of our precious son, cancer, my husband's quadruple open heart surgery, covid breakthrough. This was a gift that we will never forget. It was so hard to leave. We dream God willing we can go one more time. Thanks to everyone who made this trip so special. You will never regret going and the memories you will create.

Overall we had a great time, just some minor complaints. To check in they don’t tell you to turn the deadbolt after putting the code in. We called and it took them about 30 minutes to get to us and we already figured out how to get in. Once in, I found 2 empty truly cans and a dirty sock the sock was on the pool deck. Again minor but the rest of the house was clean so I still rate it a 4 on cleanliness. The hot tub, ok, opened it and it looked like yellow throw up all around the rim. Called the manager she said it’s too much iron in the water and they ran out of chemicals that for it and couldn’t clean it up. However, Aaron, I believe she may be the housekeeper came late and was very diligent, she drained, cleaned and out chemicals so we could enjoy the hot tub! She even brought her son for assistance and we were so appreciative! The showers were a bit odd as you have to pull the nossile down where the water comes out of to get the water to come out of the shower head. Even though we had minor hiccups, location is great! Views amazing and so peaceful! My kids did not want to leave! Would recommend
