This beautiful villa is ideal for families and business trips as it can accommodate up to 6 people. Distributed in 3 large bedrooms, the master bedroom with dressing room, two bathrooms and a toilet. With a large central living room with views of both the sea and the Teide, fully equipped kitchen and 600 mb fibre Wifi Internet access designed for teleworking. With a luxury outdoor space with private heated swimming pool, sunbathing area and different corners where you can relax, have lunch or simply enjoy the environment. All surrounded by gardens with sea views, in an idyllic setting where you can breathe tranquillity.

It is a completely sustainable and very efficient house, as it has solar panels and an air conditioning system.

The house is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen and shower towels, travel cot and high chair, 600mb fibre internet, work area, Smart Tv with HBO, terrace, heated swimming pool and much more.

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, möchten jedoch eine paar Anregungen zur Verbesserung geben: - die etwas zu grellen LED-Spots im Wohn-, Essbereich sind abends nicht angenehm. Ein indirektes Licht in Form von Stehlampen wäre angenehmer - wir hatten lediglich 2 Duschtücher und 2 Handtücher zur Auswahl auf die Betten gelegt bekommen, dies empfinden wir für eine Aufenthalt von 7 Tagen als zu wenig. Zum Glück fanden wir in der Waschküche noch 2 weiter Duschtücher. - Strandhandtücher bzw. Handtücher für den Poolbereich waren nicht vorhanden - in der Kücher war lediglich ein Händehandtuch bereit gestellt - sämtliche Gläser, mit Ausnahme der Sektgläser sind beschlagen. bzw. trüb. Hier sollte man mal welche erneuern. - Das Restaurant "La Baranda" liegt oberhalb des Hauses und verfügt über eine große Aussenfläche. Von dort aus wird leider sehr lauter Musik auf die Gegend unterhalb übertragen. Speziell nachmittags am Pool, ist der permante Bass der Musik störend.
