"Das Haus ist wunderschön, der Garten und der Pool sind ein absolutes Highlight. Man hat Ruhe und kann sich umgeben von Feldern und Wald hervorragend erholen. Trotzdem sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Region mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Jeder der gerne fernab vom Trubel Urlaub machen möchte ist hier mehr als richtig. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub! "

"The property is very much as listed and we had a lovely 2 week stay. Swimming pool was used every day and the fussball table was also a hit with everyone. It was lovely to be tucked away with complete privacy despite being in a little village with neighbours. Overall everyone had a great time."

"Ambiance familiale dans ce petit village de vacances situé à l'écart du village de Salviac où se trouve un petit supermarché, et à une petite 1/2 heure de la vallée très touristique de la Dordogne ( principaux châteaux, balades en canoë, etc ). Notre logement était petit mais fonctionnel et comportait tout l'équipement nécessaire. L'intimité de chacun est assurée par un espace conséquent et par des haies judicieusement disposées. Les enfants de 9 et 12 ans qui étaient avec nous n'avaient qu'une...

"We stayed at Le Petit Soyc in August 2023. This is a fantastic villa. Accommodation is very comfortable. Plenty of room for 8 of us with room to spare. The layout is superb. The kitchen is big, modern and well equipped. The outdoor dining area is really good. The swimming pool, pool house and shade is also spot on. We had a fantastic stay. Temperature was over 40 degrees! Local area is peaceful and beautiful. I would definitely recommend 100%. Property owner is as fantastic as the villa!"

Anne was absolutely lovely, and the gîte was so charming, spacious, clean and full of character. I feel so fortunate I got a chance to visit and spend some time in this place full of character. "A wonderful apartment. The courtyard garden is beautiful and the location in Cahors' s old town very special. Public parking on a nearby square worked fine. The apartment is small but has everything needed.We had a wonderful holiday exploring Cahors and walking and cycling in the region.
