Some of the reviews on this hotel are bad and really it's not that bad I have stayed in many around the area and this one I will return to its a little out dated but it's fine the beds feel fine and look clean also the mini fridge is a nice bonus the staff are all wonderful and that always makes travel nicer and the breakfast has a lot to pick from the pool is a little on the cold side but the hot tube is nice I would say for the price of this hotel it's perfect and I will go back

Very quiet. The breakfast crew did an Excellent job
Of preparing the food, keeping the items always available and cleaned the serving areas constantly.
Very well done.

Best Western hasn’t let me down, yet! We booked the room last minute, because the hotel we were supposed to stay in was disgusting, and as soon as we walked in the entrance, we felt so much better about the evening!

I really like the fact that being on disability and having severe PTSD from the military and the chemical dependency issues that I've had. I was allowed the the space and. Security of what this hotel has to offer and it is right next to a holiday gas station. Literally within a baseball throw away where I was able to have coffee and snacks. Add a economically appropriate. Dollar value and Denny's and another restaurant is right down the street. And if I wanted to go into the cities I could...

Room was clean. This hotel is geared towards long term stays, a lot of construction crews there. Front desk attendant was great! Shebrea was her name! We need more people like her in the work force!!

The staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Apartment sized refrigerator/freezer had plenty of room. The hot breakfast was amazing. Only an easy 5 minute walk to the Mall of America and the train station. My only complaint was that I had to fly out too early on my last day that I had to smell the delicious breakfast cooking, but had to leave before I could enjoy it.

The room was clean with the bathroom especially accommodating pictures for the elderly, with amenities. Great Breakfast buffet. Parking was adequate. Room was spacious. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Very gluten free friendly they had several options for breakfast. Including bread and bagels. Their small shop also had several gf food items. My daughter and I are celiac. Very thankful for these options.
