"The resort wants to provide a 5 star experience but the staff seemed overwhelmed. We were supposed to get new beach towels everyday as well as the refrigerator stocked. But that did not happen. We had to call down multiple times but ended up having to go get towels and housekeeping never came to refill the fridge. However our overall stay was good. Will be back!"

"Hotel needs updating but overall, a good stay. Outside areas were well kept. Lobby needs more seating. Restaurants not open long enough to accommodate dinner guests. Shows were mediocre. Room was clean. Contracted security at resort was rude."

"This is the perfect getaway for adults and couples who just need to relax, get refreshed and recharged. The rooms are splendid, the staff, wow, super-courteos and always ready to help. The entire property is clean and well maintained. Breakfast at Solanio is on another level. You can't take it all in with just a trip, you definitely need to go back multiple times to maximize the experience. Highly recommend vacationing here."

"This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at the coral reef. We love Jenny and her husband, Eric. They take care of the place. Graciela and Victor also work there and couldn’t be more gracious and helpful. We will definitely stay there again. The people there are like family to us."
