"housekeeping staff did not provide enough towels each day and when asked for extra towels did not comply. Overall the complete staff was pleasant, smiling and courteous! I was in room #1202. Across the hall was an employee door that loudly slammed closed each time used; about 15 to 20 every morning from 5:45am till10:00am. It interrupted my sleep several times during the night especially in the morning. This was the only issue the resort was excellent on every other thing they offered and provided. "

"This is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean, the amenities are great, a wide selection for a delicious breakfast, and best of all was the fantastic staff. Make sure to visit the lounge area to see Miguel (he is amazing) and it is a great place to meet and mingle with other guests "

Food at the buffet had a great selection and customer service. A la carte restaurants need some upgrading but PR manager was excellent in checking in with us & taking feedback. "
