Pool - should have toilets situated for guests around the pool Elevators were slow at peak times and at times only 1 worked out of the 2. Food at the buffet had a great selection and customer service. A la carte restaurants need some upgrading but PR manager was excellent in checking in with us & taking feedback. "

"The hotel was beautiful; the rooms were sufficient and clean. Toilet seat needs replaced though, it's pretty worn. The hotel has all the amenities we needed. Excellent location. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. There was only one employee who was not friendly and that we didn't care for. His name was Joshual and he was the bartender for the little bar in the lobby. He was border line rude and made us feel like we were bothering him. There was an employee by the name of Edward at the outside pool bar that I can't rave enough about. He was so nice, so accommodating and just all around a great employee. He was always on top of things and knew what we needed without us even telling him. "
