A great place to stay with close easy access to the river front and the historical district. The beds were very comfortable and we loved sitting in the patio area. The Treylor Park was literally out the back door and we loved their unique food. ththeir unique foods.

It was a charming garden apartment just steps away from all the beauty Savannah has to offer. We loved being able to be so close to the restaurants, shopping districts and the historical squares. The apartment had all the amenities so it was great not worrying about little things to bring with us. We would absolutely stay here again!

Superb location. Very clean and spacious. Easy access. Management were so good to allow us amend our travel dates. We were there with two teenagers who loved the place. Helping to find the turn into the parking alley might be improved on property map, its just past parking garage entrance. Drive around the block if you miss it. (the alley is one-way system). Then the parking is super and reserved for your unit .

As anticipated, this was a great location with included parking within walking distance of River Street and the parks and squares downtown. The parking and entrance was a little tricky to find at first, and the VRBO app wasn’t offering any help, but once the check-in email finally came in, there was enough information to get us there after a few laps around the one way streets. It was surprisingly quiet for being on a busy street and having a bar next door. The (most likely illegally) parked vehicles in the alley made getting into the parking a pain at times, and deliveries to the restaurant and bar had the parking blocked in the mornings for brief periods. As far as the lodging, the only valid complaint or concern would be the shower being very hot. There didn’t seem to be much cold water mixing with the hot so there was pretty much hot or hotter. May not be hot enough to cause significant injuries to most, but it was also difficult to enjoy a cool shower after a hot day on the go. The listing said there is coin op laundry available, but there is no laundry equipment or services available to guests so pack accordingly. All in all, the value for the location and amenities for a larger family was worth it. I will definitely stay again for my next visit as we were very pleased with 901.

Myself and 4 friends stayed two nights. Check in was easy as the access code was automatically emailed to us. The location was perfect for walking around the city with tons of great restaurants close by. The rooms were comfortable and the property very clean. There was care shown to the details such as the quality of the toilet paper and towels. It was nice to have coffee and tea available. My only complaint was there was no phone number to reach out to the host directly on vrbo and I was only able to reach a property manager through an 800 number. It would have been nice if the host reached out to make sure we settled in nicely.

This is the perfect location to enjoy downtown Savannah!!! The place is great and plenty of space for everyone to relax and hang out! Parking spot was really handy at the back of the building. We will look for this stay every time we come to Savannah. We loved it!!!

Perfect location - fronted on bay street. We stayed on the 1st floor w/ (2) bedrooms. The decor is very classy & the place itself was very clean. Bedrooms were fairly large and had plenty of closet space. Everything you need is there. Small courtyard right outside our apartment was perfect. The best part was the parking spot in the back - off the street. Apartment is located within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. It is one street up from River street. However - right next door, literally steps away, was an outdoor bar area if you wanted a cocktail or food. (Treylor Park) When we first arrived we were nervous about the bar ..thinking it would be noisy at night. We heard nothing !! Some recommendations : About a block over and up - was a small restaurant called Henry's that we went to for a quick, great breakfast. Decor is not the best but the service and food were good and pretty reasonable. We walked a few blocks over on bay street to B. Matthews for dinner. Very eclectic food and had small plates so that you can order and share. Definitely do the "tourist thing" and get ice cream at Leopold's. Worth the 1/2 hour wait online. City Market is also a must to stop at - lots of stores and restaurants. Don't forget to visit Savannah Bee (sample honeys). Tours - Wasn't too thrilled with our choice of haunted tour - we did the hearse haunted tour and our vehicle kept stalling. The whole tour was kind of "touristy and cheesy". We did, however, like the Oglethorpe City Trolley tour. Great way to see the historic downtown in 90 minutes. All in all - we would highly recommend the Oglethorpe Lodge. Cannot beat the location or the accommodations. Great communication from the rental office. We will definitely book here again and will tell everyone. Thank you !

This was perfect for our annual girls trip! Located in the heart of Savannah it is in walking distance of everything you may need. The kitchen is the perfect size for prepping simple meals and appetizers (It's awesome not to have to go out every meal!). We can't wait until this year's trip to Savannah and hope to stay at the Oglethorpe Lodge again this year!
