Top/bottom duplex a stone's throw from Forsyth Park in the Historic District of Savannah. This listing is for both units, so two apartments in the same house at your disposal. This offers plenty of privacy and two off-street parking spaces for your group. There is free street parking nearby as well.

One entrance for both units. The Lower apartment features two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom holds a queen size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The bathroom in this unit has a toilet and shower, no bath tub. There is a washer and dryer for this unit, located next to the entry door.

The Upper apartment features another two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master holds a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a full size bed in it. The bathroom has a toilet and also a tub/shower combination. There is a pullout couch in the living room of the upstairs apartment.

The private courtyard in the back is lovely anytime of year and features seating and also a grill. Walk all over Savannah from this convenient location.

The house were recently painted and decorated.
