Great Location, Well-Kept Home

This property was in an excellent location for us as we had an event at the Forest City Gun Club - it was about 5 minutes away. Additionally it was about 15-20 min from downtown with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants on Skidaway road. The house was very clean and easy to access. Our host was very very responsive and communicative. The living room was spacious but having a bit more comfortable furniture or a place to put your feet up (like a ottoman or reclined) would be a game changer for us to sit and have coffee and chat in the mornings. However, the space was great for what we needed - garage parking and a backyard for my dog. Would recommend this place to others and appreciate the hospitality and cleanliness of the space.
