  • Flo's Hideaway is a cute and comfy 2 bedroom and two full bath home that sits on a sweet street near the marsh in Thunderbolt. Thunderbolt is a quaint fishing community located between Savannah and Tybee Island making travel to downtown and the beach a breeze! A 10 minute drive to Historic Savannah and a 15 minute drive to the beach, Flo’s Hideaway is 7/10 mile from Bonaventure Cemetery as well as within walking distance to great bars and restaurants, the Freedom Boat Club at Bahia Blue Marina and the fishing pier at Honey Park! There is a queen sofa bed located in the living room area. We are pet friendly when traveling with a small dog.

We absolutely loved our stay at Flo's Hideaway! Such a cozy place filled w/charm, clean and as advertised, and it's in a great location...not too far from downtown and with tons to do around it, and we never felt unsafe. Our host was great, they were communicative and made sure we had a warm welcome. We would love to stay here again next time we're in Savannah!

Our hosts were friendly and available. Very nice. Parking was handy, in the driveway at the house. The house was clean, well appointed. We had everything we needed. The location was excellent for us. It put us between Savannah and Tybee Island. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We had a great stay! The owners were very responsive. The home was clean and spacious. We loved that it was very pet friendly as well! Our only recommendation would be to add a TV on the secondary bedroom. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay!!! Flo’s Hideaway is a clean, relaxing place with a homey atmosphere. We found the owners to be very gracious and accommodating. If we visit this area again we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

It was very comfortable and quiet. Had a lovely family visit and a relaxing time. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Owners very accommodating when we had to extend checkout time. Would stay again.

My sisters and I stayed here for a few days to check out Savannah. We had a great time. The location is wonderful and everything was as advertised. The host is very friendly and very responsive. I will definitely come here again.

Charming, clean and comfortable.We had a small issue when we first arrived, but our host Cyndy was quick to respond and help us resolve the issue! Within walking distance of two great local restaurants, Chiriya’s Thai Cuisine And just across the street Finches Sandwiches & Sundries great sandwiches and drinks. Oh, and fetches also does cemetery tours. We didn’t have time but give it a go next time.Thanks for hosting us!We recommend and would stay here again!

Perfect stop on our trip up the coast

The house was lovely and clean. It was quiet and convenient to everything we were interested in seeing, particularly the Bonadventure Cemetery. If we are passing through Savannah area in future, we would definitely book this place again!

Great spot!!!

Very clean and a great location - only about 15 minutes from the residence to parking in downtown Savannah but there are great options for food in the immediate area.
