Awesome cottage style condo in downtown Savannah with a pool. It was built in the late 1800's and is listed as a historic property. This is a great place to spend your stay in Savannah at a great price. It is about three blocks from Forsyth Park and one block from the start of the St. Patrick's Day parade. The condo is well within walking distance or a short bike ride of River Street and about a 15-20 minute drive from Tybee Island. It features a dedicated off-street parking space. The condo has been renovated and features a full kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, washer and dryer, small outside porch, living room with flat screen television, one bedroom and a pull out full size sofa in the living room. There are two original fireplaces, hardwood floors and crown moulding and trim throughout.

Everything downtown Savannah has to offer is nearby including historic tours, fine dining, tours, great nightlife, museums, mansions, art galleries, parks, coffee shops and much more!

Great location

Great location, enjoyed the stay. Didn’t use the pool or grill. We mostly checked out Savannah. Enjoyed watching the bats off the courtyard.

I loved this hidden little gem in the middle of everything! Its cute & quaint & so much better than staying in a traditional hotel. The parking area & assigned spots are missing signs which had us nervous about being towed but we werent. The homes show some age but that is to be expected. The mattress on the pull out sofa is uncomfortable & may need to be replaced. The property listing shows as "sleeps 4" which it does with the sofabed but that isnt stated in the listing. The pool and patio area is absolutely lovely. I would return to this property if visiting Savannah again!

Perfect for 2 with multiple spaces to be in. Perfect location to walk to anything in Downtown Savannah, easy check-in instructions. We were completely independent and checked in and out on our own with the clear instructions given.

Close to all we needed

Loved being so close to the Chatham square wedding venue, the lovely Jones street and the amazing brunch location at Forsyth square. We were so very pleased with all of it!

Perfect for 1 or 2 people. I liked that I could spread out a little in multiple rooms. Great location for sightseeing. The screen door wouldn't open so I didn't see the pool. The toilet was running due probably to a bad seal.but all in all, perfect for me

This was such a nice little getaway home for my boyfriend and I! It was easy accessible and not that hard to find. It was clean and had anything we needed if we forgot something! Definitely will stay again!

Great Spring Stay

This was our first visit to Savannah. At first, we were not sure about the location, but had no problems. Having a parking space was great. We walked to everything, the condo was clean and very cute. Would definitely say here again.

Great location, great host

It’s always a little nerve wracking renting accommodations you’ve never seen in a place you’ve never been but this property in the Historic District was wonderful! Instructions were clear, the pool was clean and a fantastic way to spend down time, and the lodging was cute and exactly what we needed. It was within quick walking distance to Kroger, the free trolly system, Forsyth Park, and what came to be our favorite cafe, the Sentient Bean. The host was communicative. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the 2nd time my family stayed here. Nothing fancy, plenty convenient. Pool was cooling, Kroger is 2 blocks away, plenty of walking to be had. Definitely a place to return to.

Adorable condo, great location!

I stayed here with my husband and daughter and it was perfect. It’s very clean and so cute. The pool was great to cool down in the evenings and enjoyed having coffee on the patio in the mornings. It’s very close to Forsyth Park and a grocery store is just a couple blocks away. Everything was only about a 10 minute car ride and was even walkable if you prefer. Communication was great with host. Would 10/10 recommend. We had a great time in beautiful Savannah.

Cute place

Cute, clean place in good proximity to things in Savannah. Easy walk to Forsyth park as well as Mrs.Wilkes. Updated bedroom comforter and pillows and rug in the living room that isn’t shown in pics. It’s located on a side road that you can’t see driving in. Was a little concerned about this at first but it was fine, no one bothered us. Had a great time here in Savannah.

Enjoyed our stay

The apartment was clean and comfortable... even a little quirky. But that was not necessarily a bad thing. Knowing it was an older building, we were not surprised that the floors sloped a bit. That made cooking a challenge. We soon discovered how close it was to the historic district that we often walked to museums and parks. Having a Kroger grocery store just a block and a half was great. A cozy coffee shop was also nearby. The one negative would be the height of the mattress on the bed. We were able to climb onto it, but we know that some of our shorter friends would not be able to do that if they stayed here. We would reserve the site here again if we decide to come back to Savannah.

Cute lil place, great price.

Loved the house. Off the beaten path. However , the house on the end is obviously a long term rental. When we arrived, we were amazed at how cute the house was. However, as we walked toward the rear of the home, we heard loud music coming through to the wall of the kitchen dining area. It didn’t last long, and we noticed that it stopped around 3 p.m. Figured he went t9 work at that time. “He, you ask? “. We figured it was a male by the sound of someone wearing heavy boots while walking down the hall. Not bad, overall. Except once he left, the dog would bark excessively, until he returned around 11. Couldn’t go to sleep at night until he returned. I understand that the building is very old, and it certainly is in an otherwise, quiet location. If you stay out late in the evening, you won’t notice the barking. Also, the Dollar Tree and Krogers are only a block away. Management was quick to answer any questions or concerns.

Mother daughter time

It was first visit to the area. chose the accommodation due to the price and amenities, especially the private pool. Location was great, especially being very near to the grocery store to pick up supplies, and in a less touristy part of town. House is really cute. Definitely dated but very sufficient. Nicely well stocked kitchen compared to other places I've stayed, linens, etc. A Keurig coffee maker would be a good addition though. Bed was comfortable but getting a little saggy in the middle for 2 people. Definitely high as mentioned in another post. Use the provided stool if needed. TV was a little hard to figure out how to use too. Shower was amazing! We noticed a small plumbing problem on arrival but owners were GREAT with the responsiveness to fix and had maintenance head right over. Communication with owners was top notch! Super responsive. Had a little trouble with the key box for entry and exit but maintenance helped us with that too. Nice to have parking too. Highly recommend!

Great Place, but expect the "old house mold smell"

Everything was excellent. I did read all the other reviews before booking this property. None I saw mentioned the damp mildew smell, particularly in the bathroom and the dining room. Upon entering, you do not smell it. Everything was very clean and in shape. Comfortable bed, couch, and decorated tastefully. I realize this smell is something that happens with all old houses, and it is not a deal breaker, but I felt it needed to be acknowledged as some are probably more susceptible to mold, mildew, and these smells. We had a hard time adjusting to it and could not even brush our teeth in the bathroom. I would stay here again, but I would be more prepared for the mold and the smell. Luckily, Kroger's is just around the corner so we were able to purchase allergy medication and air freshener.

What a fabulous find this was! Impeccably clean, inviting and relaxing! This adorable condo had everything and more. Luxe linens, soothing hues and even pool towels, W&D. I loved the private pool area.Very walkable to Forsyth park, easy jump on transportation or the trolley from there. Super close to a grocery store. I recommend you follow the directions given by owner, not google maps ( Haa ha) The parking and entrance is in the Alley. There were some loud times with shared renters using pool . The owners were quick to respond and offer suggestions. I’ve already recommended this VRBO to a friend who want to explore Savannah. I would absolutely stay here again!
