Welcome to The Broughton Street Loft! This historic 1860s loft is located on the top floor above the Savannah Bee Company on historic Broughton Street. Professionally cleaned and sanitized. The Broughton Street Loft is nestled in the center of four of Savannah’s famous squares (Ellis, Telfair, Johnson, and Wright) and puts you in the best possible spot to take advantage of downtown living in Savannah, Georgia. This fully renovated condo is as centrally located as you can get! (Walk Score 95, Bike Score 94) Steps from all of the city's most popular attractions including River Street, City Market, Forsyth Park, St. John the Baptist, the SCAD buildings, and several incredible restaurants and cafés.
Arrive stress-free with keyless entry and self-check-in. The condo is a third-floor walkup, with the entrance door located between the Savannah Bee Company and The Coffee Fox and a straight staircase leading you up to the loft!

Fall in love with the historic charm of this loft featuring a modern-industrial style with soaring ceilings and exposed beams in the open-concept living area and multiple skylights flooding in natural light. Vintage brick walls in the living and bedrooms and original hardwood floors give the condo its old-world charm, while the kitchen and bathrooms are appointed with modern amenities.
The Master bedroom has a queen bed, a modern private bathroom with tile to the ceiling, a jetted shower panel, and a walk-in closet. The spacious guest room features a queen bed as well as a twin day bed with a trundle to accommodate 2 extra guests. See a lovely little view of downtown and the top of the bridge from the Juliette balcony.
For your convenience, there is fast WiFi, a private full-size washer/dryer, and ample closet space. Our guests enjoy complimentary coffee, creamer and sugar, tea varieties, laundry, and dish detergent for the first 30 days of their stay. Also provided are quality bed linens, bath towels, and goose-down comforters. Maps, menus, and touring information are available in our Welcome Book. For your pleasure, enjoy the local books about the city and history of Savannah.

Please note that this condo gives you great access to the heart of downtown. Because of its central location, there is city noise that will filter up from the street. Though this loft is tucked away off busy Broughton Street, we've provided a white noise machine and blackout curtains in both bedrooms to help drown out the city sounds if you're a light sleeper. If you think you might be bothered by this during your stay, the downtown area may not be the spot for you. However, if what you are looking for is an exciting place to hang your hat while you see and do all you can on your weekend away, this is a great home for you during your visit to Savannah.
The Broughton Street Loft is a quick 20-minute drive or Uber from the airport. We offer complimentary use of our parking pass during your stay for one car at the Whitaker Street Parking Garage. For alternative parking options, there is on-street parking around the city and a City of Savannah Visitors Day Pass is available for purchase online for discounted meter rates. For a pass, go to the Visitors Information Center or the Parking Services office on Bryan or the 17Hundred90 Inn and Restaurant front desk at 302 E Presidents Street. We recommend you leave your car parked and enjoy the walking lifestyle that makes Savannah fabulous.

We were in town for 3 nights for a family wedding and Kim & Matt's place was perfect for us. It's centrally located and a short walk to tons of shopping/restaurants/activities - highly recommend!
We stayed for a girls weekend and had a wonderful time! The location was amazing, very walkable to many popular bars and restaurants. The only downfall to that is the noise at night but the sounds machines helped with that!
The location was very convenient. It does get loud at night with people partying at various venues or on the streets, but ear plugs were effective. The unit was clean and well laid out. We enjoyed our stay very much.
We did an excursion every day, including a hop on hop off bus, kayaking, civil war walking tour, boat trip to Daufuskie Island and tour there and an architectural walking tour. So lots to do.

Both Savannah and our friends are “ol’ friends”. Love this location. Right in the heart of the excitement. You feel “VIP” walking out of your condo right onto a busy street surrounded by shops. Your glutes get a nice workout as there’s 3 flights of stairs to climb. The city felt alive and safe. Adventures AWAIT!

As others have mentioned, there is road construction going on outside the property, but once it finishes, it will be perfect.
We had a great visit to Savannah. The location is amazing and the loft space is awesome. Everything is well stocked and clean. We had fun playing cards, darts and shuffleboard. Would definitely stay here again.
It was in a great location with a parking pass which made it very easy for car rental. The one down side was it was very loud due to construction late into the night. Other than that, it was fantastic!
This place is adorable and in a fabulous location. The host is incredible and thoughtful! It is loud around the area as clearly stated, but the noise machines help! It just comes with the perfect location! I would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Kim's place, the location was wonderful for shopping, restaurants and night life. The home was well equipped with kitchen items and bedrooms and bathrooms with linens.The stairs gave us a run for our money on arrival/departure days, but we needed the workout after eating our way through town!

The loft was exactly as advertised with everything you need for an amazing stay. The host was super helpful offering up suggestions and very responsive through the booking process. Really enjoyed our stay for a girls' weekend in Savannah. The location was perfect. Far enough away from the madness of River Street but still in the middle of plenty of action. I used my own white noise machine on top of the white noise machines provided and the noise on the street below wasn't an issue. Overall a wonderful experience.
Beautiful property- well equipped and met the needs of our family. Excellent location in the heart of historic district, walkable to many, many sites. Valued the owner’s honesty about noise in area (no joke! But noise machines helped) and steps (46!) to space. Perks of location and lovely accommodations outweigh the noise and steps.
