"This is an exceptionally nice property, centrally located in downtown Savannah. Given the location, you don't need a car and can avoid the $53/night for valet parking. Pretty much everything is within 12 minutes, maybe 15 if you walk slowly. Or you can grab a cab or rideshare and get there in 3-5 minutes.
Everyone we interacted with at the hotel was friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. The concierge was exceptionally well informed about the tours we wanted to do and gave us some good tips about how to optimize our use of the hop-on, hop-off trolley. We had breakfast in the restaurant one morning and while the menu is a bit limited, but food and service were very good.
While we didn't plan to use the pool, it was still disappointing that it was out of service. It's likely open again by the time I'm writing this.
Our room was spacious and elevated. Plenty of space to store clothes and spread out. There was a mini fridge and a microwave, which is a nice touch. Our room had a small balcony for fresh air, though because of the hotel location and our lower floor there wasn't much of a view.
We would definitely stay here again."
