The room was booked for four guests, but the sofa bed didn't have sufficient bedding. We were short one pillow, and towels were only provided for three. Sofa mattress was worn and uncomfortable

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed here because of the two bedrooms were pleasantly surprised it also had two bathrooms! Very convenient for our weekend stay for three people!

Property was nice. Room was spacious and we loved swimming in the indoor pool. Only complaint I have is the bed was not very comfortable, the double doors that went to the bed room would not lock, bathroom door would not lock and the towel rack one side kept falling down. Other than that the staff was very friendly breakfast was great we really enjoyed our stay there. Would recommend staying there.

The staff was great!! Lovely indoor pool! Our suite was nice! I love the kitchen and Scrub Mommy! Walking distance to a Publix and restaurants if you don't want to drive or rideshare. Just a great experience! Will definitely come back again!!

The property personally was ok besides the ac sounding like a tractor trailer taking off and the spiders and ants. All these things were durable but when I saw the weed man and all the alcoholic women stumbling around I became concerned.

Manager was great. Had issues getting in our room with the key card and she personally took care of it. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Booked a 2 bedroom suite. Everything we needed was there, including a complete kitchen. Rooms were clean and updated.

The room and staff was decent. Pool was smaller than expected but it served its purpose for the kids. Gym was also super small and hot, no air. Would of used it but it was too hot in there. Breakfast was satisfactory. I love that they had options for people who prefer to eat healthier. Overall would I come back, yes.

After checkin I went to the room. It was supposed to be a King with a Queen pull out. It was maybe a Queen with a full pull out. The room had a stench to it. The room would not cool down and I sweat most of the night and couldn’t sleep. Breakfast was mid.

Excellent hotel and great service

I stayed at Residence Inn Mariott in Midtown for 5 nights. My stay was very pleasant, comfortable and most of all very relaxing. All staff were very courteous, professional, and friendly. Hotel room, lobby, pool, patio were very clean and breakfast was very good. They served hot breakfast every morning, the ladies who served were genuinely helpful (I needed help with making waffles). I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel! Clean comfy and everyone was super nice. The breakfast was AMAZING! They actually have non-dairy options. First hotel ever that cared about us lactose intolerant people!

Property was ok. I could never give them a good rating because my card was run for my hotel in the morning before I even had a chance to arrive to the property. When inquiring about why it happened with no notice a clear response was not available.
