Summary:

Nestled in the heart of Savannah's thriving Design District, this two-story carriage house is the perfect getaway for up to for two travelers.

Guests enter independently of the main house, just beyond the spacious courtyard guests are welcome to enjoy.

The charming living space with original brick fireplace (now decorative).

Upstairs, the master bedroom with King bed and generous storage.

The full bath with tub/shower combo and double vanity is en suite.

1. Luxury Living Savannah has 4 privately reserved parking spaces that are available to our guests for rent. We charge $20 per day, per space and this will be added to your reservation charges. Please arrange for this at time of booking and provide vehicle tag number & state.



2. This property (and all downtown Savannah) has metered, on-street parking Monday through Friday, free on Saturday/Sunday. The City of Savannah uses Meter Pay Stations or coin meters.



You can download the APP "Park Savannah" for easy payments from your phone.



Visitor Parking Passes are available for 24hours/$15.00 and 48hours/$24.00. Passes are available at the City of Savannah Parking Services Office (100 East Bryan Street) from 8am - 5pm. Please call in advance to schedule a time to visit office.



The City of Savannah strictly monitors meters and aggressively ticket vehicles. They will also tow unattended vehicles parked in private parking lots. Read all posted signs and be aware of restrictions. City street sweepers clean on certain nights. Please read signs posted on all blocks regarding sweeping schedule and move your car accordingly.

EXCELLENT spot in Savannah anywhere you wanted to go it was a quick walk to it all! Check in and communication was super easy and the place was very clean. Definitely keeping this spot in mind for future weekend getaways to Savannah for me and my husband.

Perfect Savannah Getaway

This is the place to stay if you're coming to Savannah! It is easy enough to walk everywhere you need to, but so cute and quiet. It is also across the street from the cutest coffee shop that my friend and I visited every morning. Staying here truly makes you feel like a local!

Extended My Conference

My husband and I decided to stay the weekend in beautiful Savannah after work brought me here. This cozy cottage was perfect for our stay! The location is great so despite some weekend rain, we were able to do some sightseeing! If you stay here, be sure to go to tea at the Gryphon! Friendly host+cozy comfort+great location =BIG WIN!

Cozy and cute

The location was amazing and the size was perfect for my husband and I. The only negative was cleanliness. The floors were a little dirty and there was a dead bug in the microwave. This did not interfere with our trip and we still loved this vrbo.

A perfect little rental for Savannah

This property is historic in appearance but very well appointed/maintained. It is a perfect couples' sized rental. The brick and woodwork are exquisite. The location is perfect for exploring the historic district. Even a walk to the riverfront is only about 16-17 min. Saved a lot of $ on Lyft and/or rental car. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and well-appointed. I would 100% stay here again.

Great location!

We enjoyed staying at the carriage house. The location was excellent for walking and not having to get the car out. The place was neat and clean and very cute. My only complaints are that the cable didn’t work and the smoke alarm would go off every time I cooked something. Beware if you have mobility issues, the stairs to the bedroom and bathroom are a little scary. But nice place, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Fantastic Location for Savannah Getaway

We visited Savannah for a week to celebrate a special wedding anniversary and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The cottage was just right for two of us and included a lovely private garden area to enjoy the weather. The garden area is shared with other units, but we never saw anyone else. The location is perfect for walking all over downtown Savannah. We also used the parking stall available to us and that was very convenient as well. Suzanne, the property manager, was excellent to work with as well and gave us excellent suggestions for dining. We would book again.

Perfect location in Historic District

This property was exactly as advertised. It is located in an ideal spot within walking distance to everything in the historic district. We had a rental car for a day trip to Tybee Island and we're glad we signed up for the parking option since parking can be expensive and hard to find. If not for the Tybee visit we would have gotten along just fine with walking and an occasional Uber/Lyft (including the short ride from/to the airport.) The property was perfect for two people and included everything one would expect from a quality VRBO. As others have said, the courtyard was a nice respite and we basically had it to ourselves the entire visit. Suzanne was excellent to work with and responded quickly to a few clarifying emails. Several friends have Savannah on their short list of places to visit and we will definitely tell them to stay at this property if it's available.

Historic Neighborhood

We visit Savannah often and we always stay in this area when possible. Squares, Forsyth Park, Church Bells and shopping with a 4-6 block walk.
