This prime location is just one block from Forsyth Park and the neighborhood contains some of the city’s best row houses. It’s a short walk from a variety of museums and historic sites, as well as restaurants, grocery stores, and shops.
Living room is open & spacious with comfy seating & a dining table. The newly renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is fully equipped and ready to whip up a meal or store great take out.
The bedroom has queen bed and en suite bathroom with large, walk-in shower. Off the bedroom is the private patio with seating for you & the shared courtyard is for all guests in the building.
Gather for meals in the dining room and admire the Razzia Louis Vuitton posters and the original brick floors and walls. This striking 1854 townhome mixes timeless furnishings with rich patterns and accents for a robust atmosphere with hints of eclecticism.
This townhouse is part of Savannah's historic GORDON ROW. Gordon Row was built in two phases between 1852 and 1854. In the first phase, the 3 or 4 houses on each end of the block were built and in the second phase the middle portion was built. There are a total of 15 houses in the row.
The houses were built in the Federalist (US) or Regency Style (UK). Each house is four stories high and contains about 3,300 square feet. The Federalist Style emphasizes square, classical features, plain decorations and mirror image rooms.
NOTES:
Minimum age to reserve is 25 years of age.
NO pets or smoking.
MAXIMUM occupancy is 2 people at all/any time, including infants/children.

1. This property has metered street parking Monday through Friday, free on Saturday/Sunday. City of Savannah uses Meter Pay Stations on each block. You can download the phone APP "PARK SAVANNAH" to pay meters from your phone

Visitor Parking Day Passes are available for 24hours/$15.00 and 48hours/$24.00. Passes can be purchased at the City of Savannah Parking Services Office (100 East Bryan Street)
2. Luxury Living Savannah has 4 reserved parking spaces that we offer for rent located about 4 blocks away. We charge $20 per night, per parking space and this can be added to your booking charges. Please arrange for this at time of booking your reservation.

We had a wonderful stay in Savannah! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. We absolutely loved our stay! Such a charming space close to everything in Savannah! It provided the perfect quiet end to a day filled with coffee shops, shopping and local cuisine! We can’t wait to come back!
Not only was the location fabulous but the unit felt like home and was impeccably, clean and beautifully decorated. I was tempted to stay longer and will return.
