Follow the cobblestones on Jones Street - voted “America’s Prettiest Street” by Southern Living Magazine - to this stately parlor-level apartment. Steps away from sought-after attractions like The Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, Mercer-Williams House, and the Sorrell-Weed House, this home is ideal for those interested in Savannah's architectural history.

Enter up a short set of stairs to the Parlor Level of this 1800s standalone manor. The formal parlor room greets guests and acts as a casual living space; ideal for catching up with close friends and family. Classic French decor seen throughout is elegant yet relaxed and comfortable. Adjacent is the dining room and kitchen, with a washer and dryer hidden behind. Both bedrooms boast stunning views of historic Savannah, along with the modern amenities you expect like smart TVs, central A/C, and ample storage space. The first bedroom is spacious with a King bed and large closet. The full bath is exclusive to those guests and located just off the hall.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed and wall-to-wall windows, allowing a fantastic view of historic Jones Street. Blinds allow for guest privacy at night. This bedroom's full bath is en suite, with a tub/shower combination. After a full day of touring (and shopping!) Savannah, relax with a cocktail in the courtyard gardens. You'll love spending each evening beneath the stars.

Parking for this home is a breeze with two designated spots just behind the home (one in front of the other). On-street parking is also available and non-metered, although guests will need to be wary of Sweep Zone signs.

Centrally located, this home is within walking to distance to many of Savannah's most treasured historic homes, and is also very close to multiple green spaces like our Forsyth Park (famous for its Fountain), Madison Square, and Chippewa Square. A walk along Bull Street in either North-South direction is the perfect way to see and learn about our beautiful city.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. Great Location

This house is located in nice neighborhood and just far enough from downtown, though short walk to most restaurants. Had some noise late at night from other tenants in building on weekend. Overall a pleasant stay.

Beautiful property, great location

My husband and I stayed here with another couple for a weekend getaway and had a great time. It’s located in between Forsyth Park and the River district, so everything that we wanted to do was in walking distance. The home was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The only negative I can say is that the cleaners accidentally left a bag of trash inside the door when they cleaned after the previous guests, but it was no big deal. Great property, I hope we can come back up and stay again!

Beautiful property and great location, but a few additional touches could have made it perfect: hand towels (only bath towels and washcloths were supplied); soap dish and extra soaps (or larger bar of soap) in bathrooms (we ran out of soap by the end of our three-day stay); more hooks in bathrooms for hanging damp bath towels; a cookie sheet for reheating leftovers in the oven.

Beautiful home in Savannah!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent Christmas trip to Savannah, Ga. We stayed at Parlour Suite on Jones(Dec.23-Dec.26). It is a beautiful home, and we all really enjoyed our time there. Our home was very conveniently located in the historic area of Savannah. The neighborhoods were very beautiful and great for walking. Beautiful homes, parks, decorations, and great places to dine were all around! We were very impressed with our booking agent, Lucky Savannah! They were very available, and helpful in meeting our every need, and answering any question we might have. We will definitely return, having had such an all around great experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our party of three could not have asked for a better rental in Savannah. The two rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and nobody was staying upstairs so there was no noise. The area is fantastic. Jones street is beautiful and it’s very convenient to everything. Savannah is very walkable, so we also appreciated having a secure parking spot because we did not need a vehicle. Please note the main shower is very small, if you’re tall or big there isn’t any room to turn around. That’s the only caveat.

Lovely home with old charm

Very nice stay. Great communication with management. They promptly addressed any issues or questions we had. Master bathroom is tiny and there is barely any water pressure in the shower, we had to ask for tissues and more soaps and we ran out of toilet paper. There is a nice coffee station but there was no coffee. BUT. all of these issues were addressed immediately, which was wonderful. Wifi not the best, and our Verizon cell service want great inside or in Savannah in general. The house is in a most beautiful location, walking distance to everything, and the parking spots were a plus.

Everything was clean and enjoyable.We were glad to have a kitchen area and a washer and dryer. The two bedrooms and separate bathrooms were great.Loved the Savannah area and was able to walk and use a Uber to get around.The fireworks were amazing.Also went to Tybee Island 2 days.

The home, furnishing, art and location were beautiful. What was lacking were the simple amenities that are basic in an air B&B. For a family of six we were provided two trash bags, detergent for one load of laundry, two rolls of the cheapest toilet paper (we ran out and had to run and pick some up), no salt and pepper or sugar, coffee for one morning. It was very strange, we had to call and get pillows for the pull out. It also could use a deep clean. For a rental that was almost 5,000.00 it was strange. The only thing I can imagine was the management company is either trying to cut corners or they aren’t adjusting for bookings. Our family enjoyed our time, we did not enjoy having to run out constantly to get basic supplies. There is room for improvement, but the apartment is very pretty.

Charming! The property was just as pictured and described. We had no issues finding street parking on front and rarely used the reserved spaces behind the property. Loved the layout! Bedrooms were located one in front & one behind with 2 bathrooms buffering the walls.

It was immaculate and I mean IMMACULATE! I dropped my glasses under the nightstand and there wasn’t even one spec of dust under there! The location on Jones street is one of the best spots in Savannah. The beds were comfortable and everything was in working order. I have three suggestions for the management company which I would expect to find at this price point:1) There was a coffee pot with a sample of coffee but no coffee filters, creamers or sugar packets. 2) Needs more than one dish towel. 3) Needs a box of tissues. The toilet paper quality was terrible (single ply, felt like gift wrap tissue) and there were no facial tissues. First hotel/rental I’ve ever stayed at that didn’t have one! These are minor issues that can easily be corrected and wouldn’t deter me from renting again. Thanks!

Great location, great apartment

A friend and I had never been to Savannah, and we were thrilled by the location of Parlour Suite Four. We never had to use the car to see lots of sights. It was very easy to contact management with any questions that we had.
