Comfortable and spacious, this 2 bedroom loft in Circa 1849 building overlooking Broughton Street in Historic Savannah is the perfect 'home away from home'. Located in the heart of everything, enjoy upscale shopping and dining just outside your door. Like to people watch? It doesn't get any better than this. Watch the crowds milling around on Broughton Street down below as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening cocktail. Take in the fabulous view of the Talmadge Bridge out the 10 foot high arched windows. Just steps from Telfair Square and Telfair Museum of Art, City Market, River Street and many great restaurants, including Paula Deen's Lady and Sons so close to everything that you can park your car and forget about it! Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom. The front bedroom has a King bed and the back bedroom has a Queen. There are 2 twin rollaway beds present in the unit, allowing it to sleep 6 in beds. We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is one block away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small fee. Condo was nicer than pictured. Great location. A bit noisy at times with street traffic on weekend. Alley type kitchen with bar seating. Well stocked kitchen with the exception of serving bowls and storage containers with lids. Very roomy outside of kitchen with nice third floor city view. Would recommend and rent again.

Bright apartment in Savannah center

Bright apartment, comfortable furniture in living room, clean. Fold-away beds are saggy, for children only. Needs a coat of paint and some touch-ups like the bathroom floor. Looks over Broughton St, street noise carries into bedrooms, we were there during Orange Crush so it was until 4am with extra noise. This area is close to restaurants etc but also the bars at night and you can walk in streets with your drinks. Mary was responsive with my concerns.

Great place!!

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway!! The view was great for sitting around watching all of the city life happening!! We hope to be able to stay here again the next time that we visit.

Great location but not very clean.

Cannot beat the location for close to the action of St. Pats day activities. However my daughter woke up the first morning covered in glitter from the sheets. Dose not seam the cleaning fee is actually going to cleaning. Tiles coming up in bathroom and mildew around many of them.

Perfect place in Savannah!

This was a darling third floor apartment in downtown Savannah. It was close to restaurants, shopping and the river walk. It was very clean. We had 5 people and all of us slept very well. The kitchen was well equipped, there were games to play and a basket full of tourist brochures. We had plenty of hot water and big, soft towels. We will come again!

Anniversary weekend for two couples

Had a blast! We were right in the middle of everything in easy walking distance. We have stayed in this are before so we were prepared to the loud late night crowd outside our windows, but this may not be the place for you if you turn in early and sleep light. There were some cosmetic imperfections from DIY renovations, but. Nothing that impacted our enjoyment of the space. Every thing was clean, easy to find and very comfy beds and bedding.

Great Place in the middle of the city!

Wonderful two bedroom “roomy” loft apartment located in the middle of everything. Lots of food. Shopping and entertainment. Just know that the city never sleeps, therefore neither does the noise. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Location!

This is a wonderful place with a fantastic location close to everything you would want to see in Savannah. We enjoyed looking out the windows and people watching. Something to keep in mind for those who are very light sleepers is that the street that the windows overlook is very busy and the building was built in 1860 so you can hear many noises coming from outside.

Great location!

Listing gives very accurate description. Easy walk to River Street and downtown area. My only suggestion would be to add some type of window covering or even tint the arched top windows. The plantation shutters did an ok job of blocking out the lights at night but it was still pretty bright and made it hard for some is us to sleep.

Perfect getaway

What a great location! The loft had everything we needed and was in a great location for exploring Savannah. This is an older building but it was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Such a perfect spot!

I almost had to cancel this trip, but moved around some appointments, etc to make it work. WOW am I so glad! We loved everything about this apartment. Location - PERFECT. The twin rollaways were perfect for the kids, we all slept in the King room with plenty of room for both of them to be in there. Clean, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, was just perfect for us I can’t say enough. TWO TIPS: pay attention to the write up about the parking garage card swiper. I messed that up and had to pay - but I love that we could unload the car and then park it for the entire stay and walk everywhere! Second tip - I got up at 6 AM on last day and went and got the car from the garage, and moved it to one of the parking spots right in front of the building for loadout day. Just tossed a few bucks in the parking meter and it worked out really great to have it close by.

Great Location!!!

This condo has the best location to be able to walk to almost anything. Parks, Shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. Parking garage is an easy walk and the parking pass is an added benefit. Condo is very clean and comfortable. Nightlife is a little noisy but never bothered us. Great place to stay.

Great Location but at the mercy of the public

Overall, the location and the place were great. Everything is a short walking distance, however, keep in mind this is located on a busy street. The street noise can be a bit much Friday and Saturday nights. If you are in Savannah to party this is the place you want to be, but if you are looking for quiet and relaxing I would avoid.

Great communication

Excellent location within walking distance of most sights and shopping. Communication was prompt from the management team, and issues that could be resolved were resolved very quickly. Would recommend this location.
