We love our pets too, but pets are not allowed at our home.
No smoking of any kind is permitted in the home or on the outside deck.
Use of the private deck is limited to 10 pm out of respect for our neighbors.
Upon checkout, we ask that you remove all garbage from the home and place it in the outside garbage bin. Our dedicated cleaning staff will take care of everything else.

Age restriction: All renters and their guests must be over the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent (I.D. Verification required after confirmed booking)

Absolutely perfect!

We celebrated my mother's 75th birthday here and it was absolutely perfect! Every detail of the home is stunning. The community is quiet yet conveniently located near the river in walking distance to restaurants and historical sites. The property manager's communication was warm, welcoming, and always timely. My family is ready to book our next stay! I truly appreciate the property owner and management for helping to make my mom's birthday one for the books! I hope they realize how much they influence the outcome of special milestones and occassions. We made lasting memories that meant so much to mom. Really grateful!

Wonderful Stay in Savannah

We stayed 3 nights in Savannah for a friend’s wedding. Loved the house! It was just as shown in the pictures. We enjoyed the walk along the water to shopping and restaurants. Communication with property manager was great and so helpful with any questions/issues we had. Would definitely recommend this house!!
