"This is a perfect chalet. Homely and comfortable, our group of 6 adults and four children had a marvellous stay in Vars. Fantastic location - a few minutes walk from the ESF school and lifts, and minutes away from a separate area where the children could toboggan and play with snowmobiles. Vars is fantastic - a relaxed, sunny, low-key resort with lots of charm and not the herds of Northern European skiers you usually encounter further north in Chamonix or equivalent. "We stayed for nearly 2 weeks during June in this well-appointed chalet. The huge deck at the front is a wonderful place to sit and relax, although we needed the parasol in the daytime and warm jackets at night when we sat out watching the stars. Danny was very welcoming and provided some home-made treats in the kitchen when we arrived. The area is interesting, with plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling, water sports or just taking in the amazing mountain views."

"This is a beautiful chalet that has everything you could ever need and more. It was a perfect size for my wife and i which made our stay very comfortable. "We stayed one night at “ Mon Hotel a Gap” on our way to South of France. The hotel is centrally located in the beautiful town of Gap surrounded by snow covered mountains. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious with large bathroom and large sitting area. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was adequate We will definitely recommend it"
