They helped us every step of the way even booking a cab for our trip to the cruise port. The room was perfect. "This place was great! A little apartment with a 3 minute walk to the beach. The staff were amazing. This is in the suburbs of Ravenna, not too many speak English other than the hotel staff but it’s so amazing and not touristy. We are going to go back!"

"Room was great. Check-in communication was a bit chaotic and stressful but got sorted. Breakfast was fantastic. Laundry area was in a dingy basement and unfortunately cold wash wrecked a shirt with heat melting logo. Was walkable from train and to shopping and restaurants."
