The hotel is in a great location and overall it was very good. The breakfast was excellent.
Our first room was very disappointing for a 4* hotel - one of the bedside tables was missing and we had to use a chair in place of this, then the loo seat fell off the first time we used it, the shower flooded the bedroom making the floor a slip hazard and the view from the window was awful. We raised the issues the next morning and were advised we would be moved rooms and this would be sorted for us when we returned later in the day. It wasn't and the ongoing receptionist had not been updated. The room we were moved to was significantly better and an upgrade but the first room shouldn't have been used - why didn't they repair the bedside table?

Hotel was great and had excellent bi-lingual staff. The location to restaurants and activities was excellent. The staff were very professional and helpful. We were not familiar with the electrical set up in the room and would have benefited from written signage or explanation.

We had a fabulous time at the Chateau De La Chèvre D ‘Or. We had a beautiful, luxurious room which overlooked the Mediterranean coastline to one side and beautiful hills on the other. The staff were very welcoming and assisted us with any inquiries we had concerning the area. Highly recommend, we hope to return one day. ❤️❤️

"Beautiful hotel! Super clean, great staff and perfect spot on the beach. Room was large, so clean, everything i needed and a sea view. Breakfast was included, great selection of fresh food. Quick 10 minute bus takes you into the old town from right outside the hotel."

"Parked in multi-storey behind/under hotel. Free and simple. Savona is a very busy place. We only stayed for a one night stopover.
