"OK but rooms very hot and next to very busy road. Gym was very poor with very old equipment and only a few items. Restaurant was ok but nothing special. Reception and restaurant staff friendly. Not sure why I could have gluten free bread at breakfast but not at dinner one of few hotels you put an ironing board in my room when requested when I booked."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property which is on the banks of the Loire and ideally situated to visit the rest of the region. There is a boulangerie across the road, and it is a relatively short walk to the centre of the town. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. The property has character and the only negative was some disturbed sleep due to the busy road, though this may be unavoidable given the location. There is nowhere private to sit out, but the bank of the Loire is outside the door! "
