"Really nice hotel with easy access to the beach. Check in was a breeze and was the 1st time I have used a kiosk to check in so it caught me by surprise. The room had a cute balcony that faced the "garden". Every employee that we encountered was super nice and helped us. The amenities were amazing too, salt water pool, social hour (with cookies and popcorn). The breakfast buffet was a good selection too. Would return here in an instant."

"Shower that leaked onto the floor causing me to slip. Shower not pitched correctly or drain clogged so water so I was also showering in a puddle. Not the best air quality but not the worst. ***On the day of my checkout I came back to my room hours prior with my door unlocked and opened, just cracked while my valuables were in my room.*** Did also have to pay for parking which was unexpected but a norm in St. Augustine I’m noticing."
