"Clean"

INN AT ATLANTIC CITY HOTEL & BANQUET

"Parking was okay. Staff was okay. Lobby is awful and in need of a major update. Relieved that the room was okay after seeing the lobby (check in area). Did not use the pool but didn’t look all that inviting. Loud planes flying overhead often. Ad says restaurant on premises but didn’t mention that it’s an Indian restaurant, which is fine if that’s what you are looking for, otherwise you are out of luck. Upon check out day, we took what we could down to the car, but couldn’t get back into the room for the rest of our things. Key would not work and they blamed it on the cell phone touching the key which was not a problem anytime prior. Definitely would not return."

"The rooms smell bad, musty, the air conditioning sounds horrible, the walls are worn out, with yellow water lines, we asked to change us and there were no more, the first day they did not clean the room and I had 3 nights paid, but I preferred to leave on the second day, because I was going with a 3-year-old boy and I thought it would not be good for anyone. It's not dirty, it's just old and worn, they need to remodel and change their air filters. At breakfast the boiled eggs were finished at 9:30 am and they do not replace, they should not offer breakfast if they are not attentive or do not have adequate kitchens."

"I booked 1 room two different times but for the same weekend! The day I was arriving they called me and told me they were canceling my reservations! Mind you i booked over 6 months in advance ...they said they were overbooked the day I was supposed to be there! I live in Central New York and was traveling down there! I will never ever make a reservation at this place!"

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The complimentary breakfast was poor. The cereal and bagels seemed stale, the waffle machine was out of order, and the sausage and eggs were unappetizing. The only breakfast item I enjoyed was the yogurt. The coffee was also disappointing. While the bed was clean, the room itself was outdated and in need of renovation. The hallways had an unpleasant odor, and we had to keep the air conditioning running to help reduce the smell in our room. The shower curtain was positioned so far from the tub that water spilled all over the bathroom floor every time we showered. Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again."

"Didn't even stay at the property as far as I know they're still charging us we checked in turned on air conditioning which should have been on. We went out for the evening , came back only to find black stuff over the chair and ottoman which probably came from Air conditioning could not and would not stay went to the office told the employee we were leaving showed her the problem we were having she went checked out the room and said she would talk to her manager about a refund haven't heard anything from the property would definitely not stay there again"
