Lovely little place....

Excellent! Great little place to stay, I had the studio accommodation and it was very well stocked with fresh bread, milk, butter, jam, biscuits, chocolates, cakes and the kitchen was well stocked with stuff like the simple things like tinfoil which are extra things a lot of places don't do. Credit to the team here, the rooms are lovely, warm and well maintained. The extra touches with the food is a great idea and very welcome. People were very helpful on check in and the place was very quiet with a comfy bed and a hot shower. I would definitely use it again when I'm in the area.

Highly Recommend

Lovely homely, relaxed atmosphere. Detailed information as to local amenities including wheelchair accessible and dog friendly pubs, local takeaways, supermarkets, farm shops, healthcare etc very useful. Appreciate each disabled person has their own individual needs but as a permanent wheelchair user of 19 years first time found accommodation really was wheelchair friendly and accessible. Shower chair was provided, two sinks in the wet room, one at either end. The provisions, bread, cake, butter, milk, jam, marmalade, biscuits, filter coffee we found on arrival were very welcome. We were made to feel welcome and if needed anything just ask, nothing would be too much trouble. Thank you Sasha and Richard.

First class accommodation and hosts!

Accommodation was fantastic, and the hosts were lovely. The property is super quiet, clean and just perfect. It's perfectly suited for lots of local entertainment including Snape Maltings, Aldeburgh, Rendlesham Forest, etc. Will absolutely recommend and would love to be back next year.

Fabulous - very comfortable and convenient

Fabulous studio accommodation for the two of us and our dog (very clean and comfortable; modern and well maintained; and fully equipped with everything we needed and didn't even realise we would like!). Mollett's Farm is in a very convenient location just off the A12 and with easy access to Aldeburgh, Orford and many other places in Suffolk. There's an excellent farm shop and cafe just a short walk across the fields. The owners, Sasha and Richard sent us a very detailed, long and helpful e-mail with everything we needed to know before and during our stay. Check-in was super easy and the on-site parking was spacious and very near the accommodation. We met Sasha after we arrived and she was very friendly and helpful. We'd love to go back and visit again soon.

Disappointing

The holiday place is well designed and the studio apartment had some nice touches. The people running it are very friendly but the cleanliness lets it down. They really need to sort their cleaners out as there was muck, dead flies and ladybirds behind two small armchairs. The floor needed a really good clean and a good de-cobwebbing. I ended up doing some cleaning which spoilt our trip there. And this basis I cannot recommend the place particularly as we were charged £20 for the cleaning.

Clean &cute, however owner has no business acumen or customer service skills, no manners, very rude&inconsiderate. Doesn’t deserve customers. Only interested in money. I would never go back, wish never stayed there and don’t recommend anyone unless they like to be verbally abused and disturbed every 5 minutes. I’ve traveled all over the world and I’ve never seen such abuse

Fabulous

Fabulous, clean and comfortable. I was on a business trip and it made the week so much more comfortable than any hotel. Waitrose and Tesco nearby and everything g you need for that first breakfast provided by the hosts. I shall be back - maybe for a break.

Comfortable and very clean

Mollett's Farm is very comfortable and thought had been put into details like providing bread and butter, tea and coffee. It is worth being aware that due to COVID they are currently asking guests to strip their bed and put out rubbish. Instructions are very clear so you know exactly what they would like you to do.

We came for a rest and we had one! The bed was comfortable and the seating on the patio was enjoyable in the evening sun. The kitchen is well equipped and usage instructions are clear. If you plan to eat out, beware of opening hours. Many restaurants were closed Monday to Thursday, due to the pandemic.

The studio apartments were superbly fitted out with everything you would need. They were spotlessly clean. The rooms were well thought through for disabled visitors, and Sasha was so welcoming. Highly recommended.
