"The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped, and had a beautiful view of the mountains, with a patio outside. The owner, Francine, was very welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond on several occasions to make our experience the best it could be. There was access to wonderful hiking trails nearby, just be prepared for some steep inclines! One thing to note is that the resort area of Crans-Montana is very expensive, but there are many great things to do and see there....

"It was a really enjoyable experience - the room was stylish, cosy and clean. Location of the chlatet is also great, close to town and the cable car. The only disappointment was that we were not aware their restaurant was closed during that weekend, although we much looked forward to dining there based on the good reviews we saw!"

"A gem off the beaten path! If you follow the host's directions together with your car navigation/phone GPS, you will have no problems finding it. We had a room out of 3 available, a shared bathroom, and a shared kitchenette (which we didn't use). The toilet in the room we had made loud sounds when we flushed, and there was an instruction advising us not to throw toilet paper in it, so we ended up using the shared toilet in the common area. "Lovely apartment hotel, set away from Main Street which is very busy and could be noisy. Staff were very helpful, medical centre and ski hire also very easy to access. Stayed in Sveta block and skied straight from boot room. 5min walk to restaurants & grocers. Bonus Spa for down days."
