High up with great views, just minutes from the train station and even though there's lots going on around you, it was quiet and felt very safe in the building. "Ideal für Dresden-Urlauber und Kurzbesuche, direkt und schnell im Zentrum, entweder über die Albertbrücke oder Augustusbrücke fußläuf erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und Top ausgestattet. Parkhaus (Karte ist im Preis drin), Rewe-Markt, DM, Bäcker, Restaurant, Straßenbahn-Haltestelle usw. alles um die Ecke. Christian ist Spitze u. unterstützt sofort, sollten Fragen aufkommen. Absolut u. rundum zu empfehlen. Unser nächster DD-Besuch wird wieder in der T5 FeWo stattfinden."

"Vielen Dank für die schnelle Rückmeldung, wir haben jetzt eingecheckt. Zimmer sind ok aber abgewohnt und billig eingerichtet. Silberfische auf dem Boden , alle Fenster auf bzw. abgekippt, was halt bei 2,5 grad C Außentemperatur total sinnfrei ist. Der Grund dafür ist dass verrauchte Zimmer. Was selbst als Raucher unangenehm riecht. Sorry aber dann bitte nicht für eine Suite verkaufen und Bilder nutzen, die mit der Realität nichts zu tun haben um einen höheren Verkaufspreis zu erzielen. ."

"Everything was fine, super clean, easy arrival, apartment is very comfortable. The only thing is that we were surprised to have to pay a supplement upon arrival for the bed sheets and towels. Maybe they should adjust the price to include it. Overall, we highly recommend this place."

"Sehr schöne Wohnung, haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der Weg zum Zentrum ist gut zu meistern. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind zu bemängeln - die Türöffnung über eine APP hat nicht funktioniert, aber nette Anwohner haben uns die Tür geöffnet - in der Küche fehlt ein Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Einfach nur superDie Wohnung ist mit allen ausgestattet, was man braucht und auf dem Wasserbett lässt es sich super schlafen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top. Er hat sofort alle Fragen und Wünsche beantworten. Vielen Dank dafür. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder für meinen Aufenthalt in Hainichen mieten."
