"We got there very early in the morning. Room wasn't supposed to be ready till 3:00 p.m. as it was previously communicated. Love the fact that they have a dedicated change room for people to change Etc and explore the city. The Steve was fantastic the location is a great very close to the train station for easy commute. Less than 10 minute walk to a busy area with tons of restaurant. Lounge on the 47th floor is fantastic if you have access to it we did. The only feedback I had was we wish the pool was open. It was super hot in Japan and I still don't understand why the pool is open after august. That's a facility my family would have definitely used."

"The hotel is really nice but the area around it is not! It’s night club areas that we didn’t know it was… and every other night there’s drunk lying on the street! And in some areas, the garbage are dumped high on the street!!"

"The staff are friendly and the property is in convenient surrounding areas. There are washers/dryers (in one machine and with built-in detergent )at the hotel. Breakfast has many choices, and the food is great. Only downside, hope they speak more English when we need help😉😘 Otherwise, highly recommend "
