"Excellent location. The hotel is right next Ikebukuro train station. Lots of restaurants around. Convenience store located in the hotel. The rooms are very small, this is normal in Japan but very inconvenient for travelers with luggage. I hoped they would be bigger knowing that the hotel mostly caters to foreigners. Nowhere to put suitcases. The bathroom is so small there is nowhere to put all the women’s bathroom necessities. I wish it had an Onsen. The top floor bar had a beautiful view and excellent service. There were many restaurants in the hotel, but I did not use them as they were a little bit expensive for Japanese standards. There are hundreds of restaurants all around the hotel."
"Staff was very courteous. Location was amazing, close to Shinjuku station, local metro, shopping, and eating. There is so much to explore around the area. We are able to spend the day at other areas of Tokyo and return to the hotel to rest. All you have to do is go downstairs and is only a block away from Kabukicho street with all the buzz and restaurants. If you want a quieter dinner, they have an underground mall right next door with lots of restaurants."
"Have stayed here in the past many times. Always wonderful, clean and great staff. The Tokyo dome city is right there and the view from the elevator and rooms are fantastic,"
