"The toilet was dirty. The glasses were dirty. Missing a towel rode. Never did get wifi. When I said something the response was lacklustre. Sorry, when I walk into a place and there’s cootys on the toilet I have an issue! I understand the challenges but my opinion made no difference. If you want to be close to the beach and don’t really care, this the place for you. There’s a band/DJ right underneath your balcony that goes till midnight every night, fyi. Didn’t bother me. "We loved this place! It’s located in a local neighborhood with a short walk to town. We loved the pool and roof top deck, the place was immaculate. "The internet is bad; it only works in the pool area. Breakfast is good but has limited options. The hotel's location is poor because the streets are terribly dirty, though it is close to the restaurant area. The room is great, with good air conditioning. The TV is very poor because it relies on the internet. The system for getting beach towels is complicated; losing one is a major issue. My grandson broke the room key card, and my daughter had to pay 400 pesos—I thought that was outrageous."
