"It was advertised to get a free bottle of wine and I did not get. I also had to get the ac remote switched out because it was not working. Then I also had to go downstairs to get the tv remote switched out because that one was also not working. They were very nice to allow me to keep my luggage there while I got breakfast and they were even kind enough to call me a taxi."

"Amazing breakfast, friendly staff, drinkable water, ice machine, safe, good a/c, great location no loud music but still walkable. "

"Beautiful property! I would stay here again"

"Simple..clean!!"

"Really good little spot! Nothing super fancy, has everything you need. Close to everything. (Aaleyahs!!!!!) Would stay again"

"When searching for a place to stay in Sayulita for 3 weeks, we were looking for a pool, ac, a location that allowed us to easily walk into town but was separate from the chaos, in an authentically Mexican styled building. We got all that and more. Xochitlan does a great job of combining modern amenities with Mexican charm. The place was very clean, the host Coco was available and helpful, the property manager Miguel fixed minor issues quickly, a cleaner came by every couple of days. The pool...

"The suite is awesome. We especially enjoyed the patio. The property is in a great location. Anything you need is within walking distance. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this property."

"The location is great. It’s right in the middle of everything that’s happening. Caution for people who are sensitive to sound because there is a bar nearby that plays live music. There are earplugs provided. My suggestion would be not use the earplugs at all and go down and watch the live music because the bands that they’ve had since I have been here are awesome. Thank you John and Sofia for being such wonderful hosts!!"

"Lovely studio unit. The soaking tub in the patio was wonderful!"

"Beautiful place , beautiful views!! Close to restaurants and shops !!!"

"Really great spot that is walking distance to town. A lot quieter and less busy than downtown. fantastic pool. Noisy neighbours (barn animals) so I recommend bringing ear plugs. The space has everything you need. "

"The unit was right next to noisy washer & dryer that seemed to be being used a lot. Ants on kitchen counter. Air conditioning worked well. Shower had great heat. Location was pretty good"

"Located just outside the centre of Sayulita, Casa Bola was spacious and comfortable place to stay, we had an enjoyable time there and Sayulita is such a vibrant town to visit. Thanks to the wonderful staff for making our stay so special."

"My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it! The location was perfect, you are literally seconds away from everything you could want. The beach is a minute walk, plenty of shops and restaurants and night life all around you. Staff was lovely and very welcoming :) it got a little loud at night but we were already aware this was the case given you are in the heart of it all! Would recommend this to anyone. Definitely coming back! Thank you again :) "

"This was a great room for me for 4 nights. All was as described and love the idea of the kitchennet outside. The only thing I would say is the steep entry drive way. I have bad needs so it was a little challenging but it was ok. "
