"I’m giving this high rating because I had a payment issue during after-hours, and even though the manager wasn’t physically on-site, the front desk contacted them immediately and the issue was resolved within minutes. It showed how committed the manager is to supporting guests and providing excellent service, even outside of normal hours. Also, I want to mention that Expedia’s customer service was amazing as well.
