"Great hotel, this was my third stay. Staff are very welcoming and helpful and the room and facilities are spotless."

"A great location for stays in the Lake District. Grisedale Pike fulfilled my expectations. The Keswick Cottages team were helpful and supportive, before and during my stay. I felt at home there and was sorry when my stay ended."

"We had a great stay and perfect location for exploring.👍"

"A unique and beautiful boathouse. Stunning scenery to enjoy from the veranda. Property delivered to an exceptional standard. Fabulous location for the lake, local walks, villages, pubs, and restaurants. We booked for a special occasion, and certainly were not disappointed. Thank you ❤️"

"Couldn't fault it in anyway, very well laid out with everything you would need, really comfortable & cosy. We were staying in Daisy Cottage, Daisy the Cow was the theme throughout which made our stay even more delightful. Thank you Phil & Linda Woods for a wonderful holiday."

"Excellent location and lovely property internally. Could do with a BBQ and some of the outdoor area is a little tired. Brilliant stay though and the decor and feel of the property is very homely"

"Great accommodation in a lovely little village with fantastic views. Everything you could need to make this a home from home and only a 20 minute walk into Keswick."

"We had a wonderful five-day stay at Tawny Cottage in Portinscale in mid-May. The cottage was spotlessly clean, very cosy, and it was such a lovely touch to find the heating already on when we arrived. The kitchen was exceedingly well equipped, which made self-catering easy, and the beds were very comfortable, so we slept really well throughout our stay. The location was excellent too - close to The Farmer’s Arms, a traditional pub serving good food, and with easy access to Keswick while still...

"We love this property. We’ve been a couple of times now. It’s compact but for a couple it’s ideal and the location is great. Right in the centre and easy to walk to everything. If you have a small car you can park there but we managed to get in the roads around really easily. Definitely recommend."

"Lydias cottage is a beautiful place to stay Great location and the courtyard at the back by the river makes it all so special Will definitely return ."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quaver Cottage. Spotlessly clean, very well equipped, excellent location. The patio and back lawn are a lovely sun trap. We will definitely be back."
