"The property is a very nice 11Century building and is maintained impeccably BUT all should know the bathrooms are small, so small the shower head hangs from the ceiling and the drain is in the middle of the floor beneath it. There is a room that has no personal bath it is down the hall but has a regular shower"

"The host and property were so friendly and helpful. We loved the room, having AC, and the proximity to all the great historic museums and piazzas we wanted to see in Florence. The breakfast arrangements were a little confusing, but that didn’t take away from the great overall experience. "

"Hotel is in a very convenient and central to shopping, sites to see and many restaurants and bars. The hotel is pricey for what is on offer at the hotel. Breakfast is on a very small range of choices of items to pick from to eat. Beds are comfortable but very noisy when you turn in bed. The large shower head didn’t work and the switch came off when I tried to turn the button on."

"10/10 this place was amazing. Check-in is at a different location but the staff is super nice and accommodating. At the hotel, there are snacks and coffee in the morning provided, which was nice. A/C worked well, WiFi was good. Overall, more people should stay here. Great staff, central location in the city, great accommodations."

"Overall, it was a very good stay. The concierge, Silvano, was AMAZING from beginning to end!! His email greetings, communication, and instructions we exceptional. The accommodations were nice for the hotel - the room itself was very nice, clean, but pretty small. It was a bit difficult to keep our luggage open. The only other negative note was the noise late into the night from the restaurant below. There was a lot of kitchen noise that we could hear each night. Thank you for a nice stay,...

"Lovely room in a great location. The host was perfect and sorted an issue we had right away with great communication. Only issue we had was that the corridor was quite noisy so we could hear other guests check out quite early one morning. I’d still recommend this place despite this. "

"The hostess at this hotel was the best! She was so helpful and kind. The room was quaint and had a wood ceiling and wood beam, which gave it lots of character. We had a private bathroom that was down 5 steps which was a little tricky to use. It was an older bathroom and had a few small issues. The hotel was about 5-10 minute walk from the train station which made it really convenient for dropping off our luggage before exploring Florence. Our hostess provided a delicious breakfast for us."
