"We received very personal attention during our stay. The staff had sent me an email requesting what time we were going to arrive but since I didn't have a signal I was not able to respond. Even though we arrived late we were welcomed very warmly by the staff. They also prepared us dinner upon arrival."

"Very nice place to stay and relax in your vacations, but it so far from Roma Center"

"Great stay . Claudia waited for our late, late arrival, and also provided a nice breakfast next morning "

"The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our needs. Best of all were Matteo- surely the best host on earth! Nothing was too much trouble and he was so kind and helpful. Plus- the restaurant had some of the finest food and the most wonderful relaxed atmosphere. I felt that we truly experienced a slice of rural Italy here. Thank you! "

"Everyone was so nice & welcoming. The room was great & the breakfast was amazing!"

"Posto perfetto per vedere Roma con la famiglia. Personale eccezionale!"

"Nice stay"

"Amazing location and clean"

"Good breakfast "

"Very friendly and helpful owner, apartment was very clean and cozy. Nice and quiet location. Only downpoint a car is pretty necessary as its located pretty far from the train station."

"A good 45 minutes from Rome.....and a 60 euro taxi drive The hotel is related to the swimming pool and hotsprings....but cost additional. Overall the stay was nice if you dont mind being away from the busy aspect of the city. The train is nearby...a 5 minute walk if you are good with metro travel....although the tiburtini station can be confusing....."

"Stunning landscape and absolute peace! The animals and breakfast were a bonus!"

"Highly recommended. Just a lovely place to stay. Beautifully renovated building from the 1600's. Owner was charming and incredibly helpful. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay."
