(Non adatto a chi non può fare 4 rampe di scale).Le spiagge di Marina sono belle, molto ampia quella libera che va verso Principina a Mare.Da non perdere una passeggiata sulle mura di Maliano in Toscania."

"property attractive and well equipped. super view from the balcony. Access by car not too easy. our 4 wheel drive was a bonus. However, on arrival, the owner insisted on a deposit for power usage. this was not mentioned in the website conditions. i already left a deposit with HomeAway against damages. i also paid an excessive fee for the laundry of linen. when i asked for wifi the owner said it was not in the contract. i later checked the website and found it had been changed, for example pets...

"Es ist ein Traum zum erholen. Ein sehr gastfreundliches und nettes Dörfchen. Die Anna Maria ist immer erreichbar und beantwortet alle Fragen. Alles sehr gut zu erreichen, die Wineprobe, das Meer, die Thermalquelle auch die Pizzeria. Der Ausblick über Toscana ist atemberaubend und unbezahlbar. Man bekommt nicht genug davon. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefüllt. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Apartment is really cute and perfect for vacation in the summer. It’s more than enough room for two persons to sleep and eat while you enjoy toscana on the day. The couch / bad is a little bit squeaky and isn’t the newest anymore but is okay for persons under 30 I guess. Vania is really nice and was always trying to help us to enjoy our stay even more. Thanks once again!"

"Premetto che l’appartamento nel suo complesso è molto carino e il giardinetto esterno con la vista merita davvero. Detto questo però la pulizia dell’appartamento lascia a desiderare. Nel nostro preciso caso, a causa di problemi vari che abbiamo avuto con i proprietari, abbiamo trovato la casa ancora da pulire. La signora che gestisce un po’ il complesso comunque è stata super gentile e carina, anche disponibile. Come esperienza nel suo complesso sicuramente positiva ma la pulizia è da migliorare...

"Hier stimmt einfach alles. Campagnatico ist ein wahrer Traum, das Meer ist nicht weit entfernt. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht und der Kontakt zu Frau Veith war sehr nett, es gab sehr gute Tips für Unternehmungen und einen tollen nicht so überlaufenen Strand. Wir haben uns ein bisschen (mehr) in die Toskana verliebt..."

La dimora è arredata con tantissimo gusto e corredata da ogni suppellettile, ci si ha la vera impressione di essere a casa. "The opportunity to stay in this quiet hilltop village is quite amazing and then there is the apartment, itself! Quite spacious with so many areas to relax, especially on either of the two terraces… the views. Anna Maria has everything necessary for preparing food and large, comfortable bedrooms to rest. There are so many sites to explore within a short driving distance loved Magliano & Talamone, beautiful! Our only regret is that this tone we weren’t able to stay here longer… love to...

"We verbleven met 2 gezinnen in de 2 huisjes. Huisjes, 1 authentiek Toscaans en 1 nieuw huisje met gezamenlijk zwembad. Sfeer is heel fijn, eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij zorgt er voor dat we ons meteen welkom voelden. Prachtig uitzicht op het Toscaanse landschap. Lekker eten in het locale restaurant van Linda. Voor boodschappen of verkennen van de omgeving is veel tijd nodig, gezien de locatie ver van de bewoonde wereld af ligt. Met de auto is het prima te berijden. Rome bezocht...
