"We were treated at best as an annoyance and at worst as garbage. How hard is it to get wine in a place like this? Quite hard as it turns out. And don't you dare bring in another label of wine! I was personally yelled at by two women who work there because I asked to borrow a corkscrew. Otherwise, our door lock was broken but the room was clean and there was a lovely view. "Idyllic farm-like location set on top of a hill with beautiful views surrounded by olive & vine groves. However, this 'old' but newly rebuilt /refurbished resort is on still in it's final stages of completion e.g beautiful pool almost completed (unfortunaely missed out by few days). Access to the property almost requires a 4WD for the dirt & rocky roads & a very detailed map as GPS does not recognise the location & the property is not sign posted ANY WHERE. "We verbleven met 2 gezinnen in de 2 huisjes. Huisjes, 1 authentiek Toscaans en 1 nieuw huisje met gezamenlijk zwembad. Sfeer is heel fijn, eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij zorgt er voor dat we ons meteen welkom voelden. Prachtig uitzicht op het Toscaanse landschap. Lekker eten in het locale restaurant van Linda. Voor boodschappen of verkennen van de omgeving is veel tijd nodig, gezien de locatie ver van de bewoonde wereld af ligt. Met de auto is het prima te berijden. Rome bezocht...
