Catastrophique ! voiture cassée !

Nous avons cassé notre voiture à cause du chemin d'accès en terre à la maison (1KM avec de nombreuses pierres). Résultat, fin de vacances, voiture bloquée en Italie chez le garagiste et rapatriement en France en avion avec nos 2 enfants ! chemin praticable par les 4X4 uniquement ce qui n'est pas précisé sur l'annonce. Par ailleurs, les lits ne sont pas faits à l'arrivée, il n'y a pas de ventilateur et le confort est sommaire. Seul point positif, belle vue.

Wunderschöne ruhige Lage, allerdings sehr abgewohnte Ausstattung. Der Kühlschrank sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden. Der Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse war eher nutzlos (max. Schattenfläche 1.5qm). Ein Vordach, Markise oder Sonnensegel wären sinnvoll, um heisse Tage auf der sehr grossen Terrasse verbringen zu können. Relativ verwahrloster Garten.

Gut ausgestattete Haus. Sicher trotz einsamer Lage durch von innen verschließbare rustikale Fensterläden. Fliegenfenster. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Vermieter- Ehepaar, das allerdings nur italienisch spricht. Winderbaret Ausblick von der geräumigen Terrasse bis zum Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes und sicheres Haus mit toller Aussicht

Einzelnes Haus mit schöner Terrasse und Blick bis zum Meer. Man fühlt sich trotz der einsamen Lage sicher, da alle Fenster von innen mit rustikalen Fensterläden verschließbar sind. Fliegenfenster. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die allerdings nur italienisch sprechen. Anregung: Stehlampe am Sofa für abendliche Lesestunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Das Haus liegt außerhalb Scansanos und bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Toskana. Bei klarem Wetter kann man sogar das Meer sehen. Ein älteres Ehepaar vermietet das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus, war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns tolle Tipps für den Urlaub gegeben! Wir können die Unterkunft unbedingt empfehlen und wollen selbst gerne wieder kommen!

Traumhafte Lage

Funktionell ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in wundervoller Alleinlage. Großer Freisitz und großem angrenzenden Grundstück. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat ein Waschbecken mit Spiegelschrank das unabhängig vom Badezimmer mit WC macht. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
