"We very much enjoyed our stay at this location. The stairs were a bit scary, but with the light on, you'll be fine. :) Cozy spot for the three of us, well appointed and in a fantastic area. Very walkable, even down to the wharf. We are from a very non-walkable area, so it was amazing to see all the activity and places we could go just walking a bit. We enjoyed our first time in Maine, and can't wait to get back for a longer trip. Thanks to the hosts!"

"Apartment was in a great location, Close enough for walking to most of the Portland attractions and was well clipped and comfortable inside. Private deck on the roof was a great perk."

"WOW! What an adorable 2 bedroom with everything you could possibly need! Very clean with a great ambiance! Check-in was a breeze upon arrival. Comes with a parking spot! A great location with so many good coffee shops and restaurants nearby, and a walkable distance down to the pier and shopping. Megan and Jason were so easy to work with and terrific welcoming hosts! They made you feel at home and were super helpful! When we make it back to Maine, we will be staying here again! Thank you! :)"

"Ryan's house/apartment was perfectly located for us in terms of proximity to the Old Port area of Portland AND a large park to walk our dog in. I am recovering from major surgery and low demand exercise was critical to that recovery. Ryan's house filled all our needs. One consideration. The apartment (spacious - just as described) is on the second floor so climbing one flight of stairs is required to access the living space."

"Water pressure was awesome but there was carpenter ants and some other bug. Both nights the bugs crawled on us while we slept. We woke up several times to flick off the bugs. No pleasant. The bedroom that has a door is very warm. They do provide you with a box fan. You can open the window but it is so loud outside and the train is literally next to the room. So each time the train goes by, it is loud and shakes the room and beds. So can't open the window due to noise. There is an AC is the room...

"We were in Portland for my daughter’s graduation. Had a very nice weekend trying different restaurants and enjoying lobster rolls."

"We really enjoyed staying here! The house was in good shape, it had nice common areas to hang out with friends, and the fire pit for s'mores was a great bonus. The kitchen was well-equipped and a pleasure to cook in (note: you may need to re-plug in some of the stove burners if they aren't working). Lisa was very communicative and helpful. Thanks for an amazing vacation!"

"Great spot in downtown— walkable to most spots. Very clean and new and had everything we needed. The hosts were great communicators and had a nice welcome packet with tons of info. Awesome that they were dog friendly and even had a tennis ball for our pup! Would stay again!!"

"There was dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, the TV and internet didn’t work and the host didn’t get back to us very fast, the floor was dirty, but overall it was a good place to stay for a few days."

"At first, the pillow had smelled and I cannot find a hair dryer. However, the property management took action very quickly to change the pillow and bought a new hair dryer next morning. Overall, the property is good for a family!"

"Great little condo. Right on the beach! Balcony is wonderful, as is the view from the master. Second bedroom is definitely a “kids” room with the two bunk beds. Garage was great for a car, would not fit the height of a truck"
