The Space:
This is the first floor 2-storey flat of 27 Princess Royal Terrace.

It is a beautiful self contained three bedroom flat that comfortably sleeps 6. It has a large lounge to the front with Smart TV and dining table. 2 large sofas provide sufficient seating for six.

The master bedroom has a king size bed.

The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.

The third bedroom has a double bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a number of electrical appliances for you own catering with twin oven and electric hob.

At the rear there is a single bathroom with basin, bath and shower. There is a separate toilet from the bathroom.

All the bedrooms are upstairs in the apartment as it is over two floors. The bathroom and separate toilet are both on the lower floor.

Travel cot and high chair are available on request for infants.

There is access to the rear yard where there is a full sized locked garage which would be ideal for storing bikes, mobility scooter or contractors tools. Keys can be made available on request..

The Neighborhood:
South Cliff is a predominatly residentai area in the town just above the famous Spa complex on the seafront. There are pleasent walks down the cliffside to the complex and the rest of the seafront including the beach of South Bay.

The cliff top walks along The Esplanade provides wonderful views of the bay and the town and down the coast past Cayton along the coastal path and on to Filey.

There are a number of conevient shops and stores along Ramshill Road including Sainsbury's, Pizza Hut, Dahlia delicatessen and a number of takeaway outlets.

This apartment was in a good location with a short walk into Scarborough town centre and seafront. It was clean and spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms were modern and airy with good storage A parking permit was provided for our stay so we were able to park right outside the property which helped as the apartment is on the 1st floor up a flight of stairs so we didn't have any unnecessary distance to move our luggage to. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
