45 The Square Apartment 1 - Pet Friendly Ground Floor Apartment

The apartments at 45 The Square, spanning four floors within a Victorian terraced property, provide high-quality self-catering accommodation for 2-5 guests.
Each apartment is tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard.
The unit features a separate kitchen equipped with all essentials, Including a microwave and kettle. In the bedroom, a large bay window offers a double bed and a single bed for children or friends to share, with an additional double sofa bed for your comfort.

Street parking is available outside your apartment, parking permits are required between 9am and 5pm.
Parking permits are provided for the first vehicle, if you are coming with a second vehicle extra parking permits can be purchased. Please order in advance.

Well behaved pets are welcome, pet fees will be applied: £25 per pet per stay.

Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Please bring your own sheet.

A digital guest guidebook will be sent to guests prior to their stay. It includes check in/out details, driving directions, a detailed apartment manual, restaurant recommendations, and much more!

45 The Square is situated in a quiet street just north of Scarborough's town centre. If you turn left out the door you can walk to the most amazing views of North Bay within 4 mins and the golden sands of North Bay Beach are just a ten-minute stroll away.

Turning right out of the apartment will lead you to some of Scarborough's top attractions: the stunning Peasholm Park and its boating lake, Alpamare swimming pool, the Open Air Theatre, and the Sea Life Centre.
