Only stayed the one night, used as a base to go to the Open Air Theatre, but everyting was more than accomodating to our needs, super comfy bed, friendly staff and quiet to.

The hotel is cheap and cheerful but has everything you need, especially as we were only staying for 1 night. Jonathan was very helpful and friendly and could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. We have booked to stay again in July and looking forward to going back.

Jonathan welcomed us very warmly and made our stay very pleasant. We enjoyed our 1 night stay whilst attending a gig at the OAT. Beds were comfy and nighttime was quiet for us. Plenty links into South Bay (walk) and North Bay (bus). Great priced accomodation, would return if need a stayover in Scarborough in the future. Thankyou!

Stayed at this property for a visit to Scarborough for the night. Cannot mention one bad thing about the hotel. We stayed in the four bedded family room. Brilliant facilities did not have en-suite but we knew this and there were plenty of toilet and shower options throughout the hotel. Very friendly staff. Free parking which was also a bonus. Very close by to all facilities of Scarborough. Small fridge in room which was a nice extra to keep drinks cold. Would definitely stay here again.

Jonathan couldn't be more helpful. Slight issue with noisy residents but Jonathan soon sorted that out too. Rooms were clean and well laid out. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Only issue I had with my room was no curtains at the window so it was light at 4.30 which made sleep difficult. But a very pleasant stay and literally 2 minutes walk to the main shopping and dining areas including theatre and train station. Steady walk downhill to the sea and for us oldies an Uber back up there road to the hotel. Jonathan does a marvellous job of running the place, seemingly single handed. Would stay here again.

Great for town centre and open air theatre

This was great if you are wanting central town or going to a gig at the open air. Was nice and quiet too slept like a baby. Parking outside too.

Good value stay!

We was greeted upon check-in and shown to our room. The room was in good condition, very clean and had reasonable facilities. We only had a slight issue with parking otherwise the stay was comfortable. Good value for money. Would recommend.

Stuart on the front desk super friendly offering directions and a contact in case yoi got lost/stuck. great for 2 ladies on a night to go to a concert. basic amenities however was super clean if a bit dated

A good night.

Good value. Very friendly owner. When booked it was a lot cheaper than other places, so we didn't expect much. However, it was clean, comfortable and actually quite well equipped, we even had a mini fridge, not sure if that was standard but it was much appreciated.

Clean room. Comfy bed. Seagulls woke us up about 4.30am. Nothing proprietor can do about that so pack some earplugs :)
