Beautiful Apartment with Sea Views in the Old Town

Cormorant is a stylish and comfortable apartment situated in the beautiful Old Town of Scarborough. It is a third floor apartment with lovely views and two bedrooms, complete with family bathroom.

The living area is bright and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable sofas.

Please advise, when booking, how many cars as we can provide parking permits for free on-street parking.

There is a large, airy open plan kitchen and lounge complete with a dining space and table.

We can provide a travel cot upon request, please bring bedding for the cot.

The master room has two singles and the second bedroom has a double bed. The family bathroom has a shower and bath.

Also provided are complimentary tea & coffee facilities to help settle you in for your first nights stay.

Fully self contained apartment. Please note this is third floor so two flights of stairs.

There is space in the entrance hall for pushchairs, unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for guest's belongings.

This apartment is located in Scarborough’s historic Old Town; full of cobbled streets and beautiful buildings. It is directly opposite the recently renovated market hall which has fresh fruit & veg, a top Yorkshire butcher, a bakery as well as a host of other market stalls.

The apartment is ideally located for town (5 minute walk) or to the beautiful South Bay beach (3 minute walk). Scarborough has a host of visitor attractions such as Alpamare indoor pool (10 minute drive), the renowned Open Air Theatre which now hosts big acts (5 minute drive) as well as being within driving distance to Eden Camp, Flamingo Land and other beautiful seaside towns perfect for a day trip.

Located in the old town so walking is so easy either to the castle /beach/shops/town
